Antimicrobial analysis of isolates from sea food exposed to different preservation techniques

چکیده

The study examined the microbial load of bacteria and fungi samples stored from 0- 10 days. were subjected to microbiological analysis. organisms isolated characterized by using standard biochemical methods, following bacterial Salmonella sp, Pseudomonas Staphylococcus Klebsiella Serretia Escherichia coli, Citrobacter Enterococcus Enterobacter sp Proteus sp. showed that was more prevalent with a percentage occurrence 19.0%. This followed prevalence 14.3% respectively. coli Bacillus at 11.1% occurred 7.9% 6.3%respectively while least occurring bacteria, also Penicillium stood 77.8% Aspergillus frequency 22.2% Thus, reduction in water activity as result smoking fish slow down spoilage extend shelf life sample. In treated, have been shown be effective preservation than Refrigeration.
